    The FireLake Fireflight Balloon Festival will offer two days of balloon glows, balloon launches and rides, and family-friendly entertainment in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Come and watch balloons, catch quality live entertainment, and experience some of Oklahoma’s best vendors and food trucks.

  • Saturday, August 9 | 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sealaska Heritage Institute (downtown Juneau) 105 Heritage Wy, Juneau, AK 99801 Presentations, prizes and lunch will be provided Sunday, August 10 | 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Lake Lucille Park (pavillion B) in Wasilla 1401 S. Endeavor St (Mile 2.2 Knik Goose Bay Rd) Presentations, prizes and lunch will be provided Consider bringing a Native American themed work of art for our contest. There will be a private Naming at the home of one of our Wasilla elders that morning. Please contact ASAP if interested. Please RSVP by July 30 to dcarney@gmail.com or 369-259-4027. Please indicate which meeting you plan to attend.
