Bringing resources together from all over the community, in one place to help those who need a fresh start.

This event on January 26, 2023, from 6-8 p.m. by Citizen Potawatomi Nation and the Pottawatomie County Health Department will address the importance of vaccines in children and adults. Speakers include Lori Crow, MD, Pediatrician at SSM Health; Kellie Clark, RN, Assistant District Nurse Manager at OSDH (D6); and Christine Venci, LPN, Citizen Potawatomi Nation. The event is open to the public, and will include some light refreshments and a chance to win a door prize. Register online or call 405-273-2157.

Vaccine Education Event: The importance of vaccines in children and adults

This District 2 meeting will take place at the Legacy Museum and National Memorial for Peace and Justice in Montgomery, AL, on Saturday, February 11, 2023, from noon to 3 p.m. CT. The memorial is informally known as the National Lynching Memorial. It commemorates the Black victims of lynching in the United States and is intended to focus on and acknowledge past racial terrorism and advocate for social justice in America. District Legislator Eva Marie Carney has scheduled this event for the long Presidents Day weekend. The event will start with lunch and visiting together at the Museum cafe, followed by a tour of the museum and memorial. All facilities are wheelchair accessible. This is a free event! District 2 Meeting

This District 2 meeting will take place at the Legacy Museum and National Memorial for Peace and Justice in Montgomery, AL, on Saturday, February 11, 2023, from noon to 3 p.m. CT. The event will start with lunch and visiting together at the Museum cafe, followed by a tour of the museum and memorial. All facilities are wheelchair accessible. This is a free event!

All you can eat pancakes and sausage! To-go options available. Tickets are $5 each and valid for one-time entry. Purchase through February 13 at Tribal Administration, Grand Casino offices and FireLake Discount Foods. Price increases to $7 at the door. Proceeds go to Tribal members and employees in need.
