This event hosted by CPNHS Behavioral Health Services will feature an expert panel on medicine, psychology, social work, and more addressing health and wellness in older adulthood, with a Q&A period to follow.
CPNHS will host an Eyecare & Diabetes informative workshop on August 28 at 10 a.m. about how diabetes can affect a patient's eyes, and what patients can do to prevent vision loss. Topics will include regular eye exams, early warning signs of diabetic retinopathy, and tips and tricks for keeping eyes healthy through blood sugar control. Citizen Potawatomi Nation's annual flu drive will take place on October 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or while supplies last at the Citizen Potawatomi Community Development Corporation at 1545 Gordon Cooper Drive Shawnee, OK 74801.
This event is free and open to the community, with shots available to those 3 years old and up. 65+ high dose will also be available.
