CPN annual Elders Wellness Fair

Native American Elders (55+) are invited to the annual CPN Elders Wellness Fair on Friday, October 6 from 9-11:30 a.m. at the CPN North Reunion Hall. Elders may bring one caregiver/spouse.
The event includes:
– Vendors and resources to help Native elders find the care they need
– Representatives from the VA
– Insurance/benefits/Medicare/Medicaid representatives
– Home health resources
– Medical equipment resources
– Tribal and community resources
– Snacks
– Door prizes
– Photo booth
– Flu shots
