SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: SEEKING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AS CONSTRUCTOR (CMC)
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Owner intends to procure a qualified CMC to provide pre-construction and construction services. CMC will collaborate with Owner’s design team for a partial salvage or new build on an existing site. Functions anticipated to include but not limited to age-appropriate spaces for approximately 600 children from infants to 12 years of age, nursery and classrooms, support spaces, toilet rooms, kitchen/food preparation spaces, gymnasium, saferoom, outdoor playgrounds, and splash pad.
Approximately 50,000 to 60,000 square feet of a single-story building with supporting utilities and parking.
