They discuss the CPN’s acquisition of RWD #3 and the water district’s importance in providing distribution of the potable water that is needed for development of South Pottawatomie County.
Guests are Tracy Peltier, CPN member and manager of the Nation’s FireLake Designs, and Kristi Coker, executive director of the CPN’s Community Development Corporation, a small business loan/development entity. They discuss the CDC’s loan to FireLake Designs for purchase of a printer that allows FLD to print directly onto shirts, towels, golf balls, etc. Peltier talks about how this lowers costs, allowing him to serve customers with much smaller orders with a higher-quality, lower-cost product in much less time.
