CPN member Jenny Affentranger, a member of the CPN Election Committee and an elementary teacher in the Bethel, Oklahoma school district, has been promoted to principal of Bethel Lower Elementary School. Affentranger becomes the first female administrator in the Bethel School District. She and Bethel Schools Superintendent David Glover discuss that and Affentranger’s being named Bethel Schools Teacher-of-the-Year for the 2008-09 school year. Coincidentally, Jenny Affentranger is the daughter of Debra Holloway, the guest on the March 29th edition of “TNAS.”
