Carl Jarvis of Titan Weatherization, a CPN member, discusses a training program to be run by the CPN Employment & Training Program and Titan. The ttraining program begins on Monday, March 1, 2010 at the CPN’s Employment and Training Program facility in Tecumseh. It will teach Native Americans and veterans how to perform tests to determine if homes need to be weatherized to be more energy efficient and how do the weatherization.
