SUMMARY:Budweiser FireLake Classic
DESCRIPTION:The 37th Annual Budweiser FireLake Classic will return to FireLake Golf Course on June 18 & 19\, 2022. Entry fee ($150 walking\, $200 riding with player) includes Friday practice round and competitive rounds Saturday and Sunday. Dinner and Calcutta will be held on Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Grand Casino Hotel and Resort. \n$89 special room rate at the Grand Casino Hotel and Resort will be available. Tax not included. \n  \nUSGA rules will apply. There will be 6 flights as follows: \nChampionship Flight – Blue Tees \nA Flight – Blue Tees \nB Flight – Blue Tees \nC Flight – White Tees \nD Flight – White Tees \n*Net Handicap Flight – Gold Tees \n*Handicaps will be deducted from our tournament score both days. Ages 70 and above move up one tee box. 20+ handicaps only. \nGolfers must have a valid USGA handicap or Pro-Approved handicap. Bump rule in effect. SUMMARY:Day of Champions Football & Softball Camp
DESCRIPTION:The Day of Champions Football & Sports Skills Camp experience is beyond just athletic skill enhancement\, it provides one-on-one mentoring and coaching in athletics\, health\, fitness\, life choices and the four principles of leadership. The camp will be held June 20-21\, 2022\, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at FireLake Arena\, 18145 Old Rangeline Road\, Shawnee\, Oklahoma. Day of Champions is open to youth in 1st-8th grades. Camp is $15. Contact Brandon Edwards at brandon.edwards@potawatomi.org or 405-395-9304 with questions. \nFootball skills (boys): \nFootball skills instruction includes position-specific drills\, strength & conditioning\, nutritional instruction\, and individual competitions. \nSoftball skills (girls): \nSoftball instruction includes pitching\, catching and softball skills. Sports skills includes hand-eye coordination\, speed and agility training\, strength & conditioning\, nutritional instruction and individual testing these concepts. \nEach group taught and supervised by Day of Champions staff\, made up of some of the top Division I-II-III & NAIA collegiate coaches in the country\, along with past OU football players\, and past & current NFL players.
