Learn to make a necklace with hairpipe and facet beads. Supplies provided. The class will be held February 8, 2022 at the Cultural Heritage Center from 10am-2pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. RSVP required at chcculturalactivities@potawatomi.org. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Bring your ongoing sewing or beading projects to class to receive assistance from the Cultural Activities Coordinator, Leslie Deer. Classes will be held Tuesday, February 8, 2022 and Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 2-3pm at the Cultural Heritage Center. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Questions? Jon Boursaw, CPN Dist 4 Representative will host a viewing in the CPN Community Center in Rossville, Kansas, on Sunday, February 20, at 2 p.m. This is a week after the Super Bowl so you shouldn’t have a conflict. He plans to show a collection of videos that will include a few local CPN veterans as well as a several other classic stories.

Community Baby Shower

Citizen Potawatomi Nation Child Development Center & Workforce Development/Social Services invite families who are pregnant or have infants and toddlers to a community baby shower on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 10am - 2pm at FireLake Arena. The event is free and open to the public. There will be refreshments, community resources, education, door prizes & more!
