Community Baby Shower

Citizen Potawatomi Nation Child Development Center & Workforce Development/Social Services invite families who are pregnant or have infants and toddlers to a community baby shower on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 10am - 2pm at FireLake Arena. The event is free and open to the public. There will be refreshments, community resources, education, door prizes & more!

NIEA Charity Golf Classic

The inaugural NIEA Charity Golf Classic will be held at FireLake Golf Course on Friday, June 3, 2022. The National Indian Education Association advances comprehensive, culture-based educational opportunities for American Indians, Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians. Proceeds from the event will directly fund services for students and teachers, fellowships and internships, and workforce development initiatives. 

Wzhitawen College and Career Fair

The seventh annual Native American College and Career Fair will be held on Thrusday, September 8, 2022, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at FireLake Arena. This event is free and open to the public.

Graduation Celebration

Join the CPN Department of Education for a Graduation Celebration for CPN graduates of all degree types on April 29, 2023. If you are unable to attend in person, please still sign up so that you can be featured in the video and receive a limited edition print from a Potawatomi artist!

For CPN High School students to join us for an afternoon where they learn about scholarships, academic advising, leadership opportunities, other services, and ways to connect to their culture.
Open to the first 50 CPN high school students and their adults. Registrants will receive dinner and free tickets to a Potawatomi Fire game.

The dress code is business casual, with graduation robes and Potawatomi regalia encouraged for photos.
