Thanks to community members logging millions of minutes reading, Citizen Potawatomi Nation benefited from a donation of 2,128 books from the Pioneer Library System (PLS).
The Pioneer Library System of central Oklahoma donates books to Women, Infants, and Children programs, including Citizen Potawatomi Nation Health Services. Tribal member Britt Muirhead leads the initiative as the programming specialist for PLS.
CPN WIC and health facilities provide children’s books to all patients and visitors under the age of 4 thanks to a large donation by the Pioneer Library Foundation.
