The Indian Health Care Resource Center of Tulsa celebrated Carmelita Wamego Skeeter’s 45 years of service to the organization and the Native American community.

However, the disbursal of the funds requires documentation directly related to COVID-created needs, such as increased internet bandwidth to support teleworking or distance learning.
