CPN’s FireLodge Children & Family Services will host a Child Abuse Prevention Awareness Walk on Friday April 18, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Nation’s Festival grounds. This is a come and go event. Giveaways include gift cards and t-shirts while supplies last.
FireLodge desires to inform Potawatomi families and friends about protective factors. When present, protective factors in a child’s life may lessen the probability of abuse or neglect and can also allow families to thrive on their own.
