CPNHS will host an Eyecare & Diabetes informative workshop on August 28 at 10 a.m. about how diabetes can affect a patient’s eyes, and what patients can do to prevent vision loss. Topics will include regular eye exams, early warning signs of diabetic retinopathy, and tips and tricks for keeping eyes healthy through blood sugar control. CPN Health Services patients may soon notice a change with the launch of Epic’s MyChart, a new patient portal, on July 14. With MyChart, CPNHS patients who sign up will have a means to securely access and manage their personal health information online.
