PROJECT LOCATION: ASHER GROCERY STORE – Southeast corner of Intersection 177 and East 1390 Rd. Asher, OK
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: SEEKING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AS CONSTRUCTOR (CMC)
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Owner intends to procure a qualified CMC to provide pre-construction and construction services. CMC will collaborate with Owner’s design team for a new build on an approximately 6-8 acres undeveloped site. Functions anticipated to include but not limited to a full-service grocery store with loading dock.
Approximately 18,000 to 22,000 square foot building with approximately 1,500 square foot partial second story office space, as well as supporting site utilities and parking.
