Wellness with Wilson Littlehead

The Tribe showed its commitment to health when it opened the FireLake Wellness Center in 2003. Personal trainer and fitness technician Wilson Littlehead is committed to health and wellness, too. He shared some of his favorite fitness philosophies, workouts and processes.

FireLake Wellness Center is open Monday through Thursday from 5am to 7pm, Friday from 5am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to noon. For more information, visit cpn.news/wellnesscenter.

Veterans Organization’s Eagle Staff

Potawatomi culture reveres animals, particularly the eagle, and veterans. The Citizen Potawatomi Nation color guard holds the unique honor of leading dancers into the arena during Grand Entry at Tribal powwows. Recently, the organization has been working on a very special eagle project.
