Time to shine the wheels, wax the hoods and register your cars, trucks and motorcycles for the upcoming Car Show at FireLake Casino on Sept. 21 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“The car show is a favorite for car enthusiast and we usually have about 100 entries,” said Chad Mathews, FireLake Casino. “We are looking forward to seeing all the cars, trucks and motorcycles this show has to offer. It’s a great event to come check out several types of vehicles.”
The show has more than 20 categories, which include stock and custom cars and trucks for each decade, beginning pre-1949 through present. Other categories include motorcycles, street rod, muscle car, import car and special interest.
Registration for the car show is open until 11 a.m. the day of the event. Judging begins at noon and winners will be presented a trophy at the 3 p.m. ceremony. Registration cost is $15 in advance and $20 the day of the show.
