FireLake Fireflight Balloon Festival

🎈The FireLake Fireflight Balloon Festival will offer two days of balloon glows, balloon launches and rides, and family-friendly entertainment in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Come and watch balloons, catch quality live entertainment, and experience some of Oklahoma’s best vendors and food trucks.

🎟 Admission, entertainment and parking are free. Attendees will want to bring cash for food, drinks, balloon rides, kids’ activities and the vendor market. There is an ATM on site. For more information, visit www.firelakeballoonfest.com.

Clear bag policy:

For safety, only clear bags (transparent plastic, vinyl, or PVC) and small clutch bags are permitted. Non-clear bags are prohibited.

Allowed bags and sizes:

– Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″.

– One-gallon clear resealable freezer bags (Ziploc-style).

– Small clutch or wristlet 4.5″ x 6.5″ (may be non-clear).

– Medically necessary bags and diaper bags (see exceptions).

– Binocular cases, camera bags (if small and clear or pre-approved).

Exceptions and accommodations:

– Medical/diaper bags: allowed regardless of size but subject to inspection.

– ADA accommodations: alternative screening (pat-downs, private inspection) with no disclosure of disability required

– Media/production personnel: media personnel should register according to the photo/media policy outlined on this page. Event credentials will be provided to approved personnel. Credentials should be presented at screening.
