How to Make Skirts with Applique

Learn how to make an elastic waist skirt with an applique design. You will need to bring your own supplies for this class. A supply list will be provided with registration confirmation. Class will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the CPN Cultural Heritage Center. There will be a 1-hour lunch break. RSVP is required. Please email [email protected].
