The University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma will be hosting American Indian Visitation Day on September 4, 2015 to provide an opportunity for Native American students interested in attending the university to see the college first hand.

In 2014, the event hosted more than 200 American Indian junior and senior high school students from across the U.S. Attendees will meet high school recruiters, explore academic programs available at OU, learn about student support services and college organizations, including Native American-focused groups and activities.

The event starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m., and lunch will be provided for all student participants of American Indian Visitation Day as well as an AIVD 2015 t-shirt.
