He talks about red cedar tree proliferation on Oklahoma’s plains and why it is a fire hazard and a detriment to growth of prairie grasses and some Plains bird species. He describes a prescribed/controlled burn that he and a a cross-jurisdiction task force prepared for a year and carried out on Friday, November 15, 2012 on a 55-acre Citizen Potawatomi Nation allotment inside Tecumseh.
