Legislature Enacts Flood Damage Prevention and Criminal Sexual Conduct Code Ordinances

Meeting for their quarterly session on Monday, June 28, 2010, members of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Legislature approved a “Flood Damage Prevention” ordinance and a Criminal Sexual Conduct” ordinance.
