The Family Reunion Festival is just around the corner and there are a few things you should know if you plan to attend. There are many activities scheduled for June 28, 29 and 30; all of them provide the opportunity for Potawatomi to connect with their larger family, their culture and the tribe.

Here are a few details to help you navigate.

Registration

Festival guests must register for Festival. Online registration is closed.

Even if you already registered online, you must check in at registration, located in The Arena, when you arrive. The Arena is located just north of the Festival Grounds near the Ball Fields and FireLake Discount Foods. You will need to enter the west doors. At registration you will receive a name badge, which must be worn throughout festival and a festival packet. Please limit guests to Citizen Potawatomi Nation members, immediate family or those living in the household.

Navigation

There are several things to do and see at festival, so CPN created a map to help you navigate. You can view a large version of the map by clicking here.
The map is color coded and includes information on cool down stations, first aid stations, restrooms and where you can find the CPN Police. The yellow boxes help identify landmarks and, once clicked, will show a photo of that location.

Transportation

CPN offers shuttles during festival. Stops include the admin building, the baseball fields, the road south of the festival grounds, the wellness center, the main clinic, and the heritage center.

Shuttles will be at each stop every 15-20 minutes. No food or drink, no smoking in the shuttles.

The schedule of events and the map are available on your smart phone. You can also access the schedule and map by scanning the QR code on the CPN water.

Have a fun and safe Family Reunion Festival 2013!
