Crustless Pumpkin Pie

 

INGREDIENTS:
· 15 oz Libby’s Solid Pack Pumpkin
· 12 oz fat-free evaporated milk
· 1/2 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
· 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
· 1/2 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
· 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
PREPARATION
Spray pie tin with PAM. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into pie plate. Bake at 400* for 15 mins. Reduce heat to 325* for another 45 mins. or until a knife comes out clean.
