Per the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Election Code, CPN members become eligible to vote at age 18:

Section 4-1-135   Eligibility

Every tribal member 18 years of age or older is eligible to vote in accordance with the Revised Constitution.

 

To vote in the 2009 election, CPN members must be 18 years old no later than June 27, 2009.
